Welcome to Shy Violet! My name is Cecilia. I’ve always enjoyed being creative, and I’ve played with everything from clay and plastic to paints and charcoal. My favorite is jewelry. I love the colors and the natural beauty of the stones, and the way that a piece can show a mood or feeling. I enjoy making people look good, seeing people smile when they put on a Shy Violet creation. I like making people feel beautiful!
Shy Violet was created as a way to allow me to showcase my designs and allow others to enjoy what I’ve done. Shipping & Handling - Most shipments are mailed within 3-5 working business days. Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery for any custom orders. Custom jewelry is handcrafted upon receipt of the order, and will be shipped as soon as possible.
All orders over $45 receive FREE First Class shipping within the United States - Expected delivery is 6-10 days. Shipping for orders under $45 is $4.00. If you need expedited shipping, please

Gifts - We are happy to drop ship your purchase to a gift recipient with a note from you. Simply let us know the shipping address and specify the wording at checkout.
Gift Certificates - Gift Certificates are a great way to let that special someone choose the piece that fits them best.
Gift Certificates are available in any amount, and can be mailed to a recipient of your choice. Gift certificates are valid for one year.
To order a gift certificate, simply follow the steps below...

2. You will receive an email with a mailing address.
3. Send a check or money order to the address for the gift amount.
4. Please specify the wording of the accompanying card and the address to which it should be sent.

Special Orders - Shy Violet is happy to work with you in creating a piece exactly as you wish. Whether you want something you see on the website in a different color or length, or you want Cecilia to work with you in designing something uniquely yours, just email Shy Violet with your requirements and information.
We are also happy to take group orders for matching or coordinating pieces, such as wedding jewelry, mother/daughter pieces, etc. Simply

Newsletter Discounts - Shy Violet offers special discounts for newsletter members only. Join the monthly newsletter list to take part in these member rewards. We will NEVER share your personal information with anyone.
Referral Discount - Shy Violet also offers a referral discount. Refer us to a friend, and if that friend purchases something from us, they get 10% off their first purchase and you get 10% off your next purchase!
Finder’s Fee – We offer a “finder’s fee” for referring Shy Violet to a boutique near you. We would like to be carried in moderate to upscale boutiques around the country. Refer us to a store where you would like to see Shy Violet pieces carried, and if they begin to carry our products you receive a $50 gift certificate!
Payment Options - We accept Visa and Mastercard through an SSL secured system, and Paypal. We also accept Checks (US only), Money Orders, and Cashiers Checks. Returned checks are subject to a $20 fee. Payments made with Money Orders or Credit Cards will be shipped upon receipt of the order. Payments made by check will be sent as soon as the funds are verified.

Repairs - All pieces carry a lifetime guarantee. If any piece should break as a result of normal wear and tear, it will be repaired at no cost to you. Otherwise all repairs are $1.00 per inch (stringing) or $25 per hour (coiled items) plus the retail cost of any bead replacement. You are responsible for shipping costs on repairs not covered under the lifetime warranty.
Returns - We offer a full money back guarantee. If you are not satisfied for any reason, please let us know within 30 days. We will issue a you a gift voucher for the amount, refund your credit card, or exchange the item. Shipping charges are not refundable.
NO exchanges or refunds will be made on Special Orders or Custom Orders; however, they are still covered under the 30 day repair warranty.
Customer is responsible for insuring the return order. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments that are uninsured through the mail.
Restringing - We offer restringing at $2.00 per inch on items you did not purchase on this website. Please
